Siempre que voy de viaje con amigos -los del último post- nos gusta salir a cenar y a tomar unas copas en la ciudad donde estamos. Pequeños homenajes que hacen la vida más agradable.
Hace poco vi un artículo en Telva, "Copas a la última", en el que se recogían varios locales de copas de Barcelona, Madrid, Praga y Atlanta. La verdad es que no conocía ninguno, pero me vino a la memoria uno que conocí en mi último viaje y que yo incluiría. Se llama Apoteca, y está en Luxemburgo -Rue de la Boucherie nº 12-. Me encantó.
Apoteca es un restaurante en la planta superior y bar de copas en la planta baja, todo en uno. Un ambiente acogedor en el restaurante, con una cocina muy creativa, de gran calidad, y una bodega excelente. Y después de cenar, sin necesidad de salir del local, unas copas hasta que el cuerpo aguante...
